Today I am officially 1 year old

Today I am officially 1 year old.

How can that be you ask?
Today is the 1 year anniversary of my
massive heart attack. Stricken at home,
awoke out of a dead sleep, transported,
I went into cardiac arrest on the table at
St Mary's Hospital/Mayo Clinic.

Many life changes would follow, and today,
I am 1 year ALIVE AGAIN.
That's what I strive to do now, stay alive, and live
it to the fullest, one day at a time, of course!
